Before any remediation can take place, the first step is to ascertain 'IF' contamination is present on the soil. This is done in an exploratory soil survey.<\/p>\n

The soil expert examines whether there is historical contamination that is a clear indication of serious soil contamination or new contamination that exceeds or threatens to exceed soil remediation standards. After all, in these cases, a follow-up step is required.<\/span><\/p>\n

The next step is to determine the extent of the contamination and whether it needs to be remediated. This is done in a descriptive soil survey*.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
