As a generalist, you have an affinity for
- HVAC, electricity, lighting, fire protection and sprinkler systems.
- Data and communication networks, building management systems (BMS), access control and security systems
- Coordination with external partners and consulting engineers, combined with critical project follow-up
- Internal support and advice, with a focus on optimisation in terms of energy efficiency, sustainability and cost-effectiveness
Several years of experience are desirable, but not required.
ENGINEER TECHNIQUES

We are not looking for a traditional “engineer behind the scenes”, but for a key player who helps shape the direction of our projects. We are looking for someone who:

You will also come into contact with all related disciplines (soil, safety, environment, stability, EPB, ...).

PROJECT MANAGER - ROAD AND SEWERAGE WORKS - SITE SUPERVISION
General explanation function/role in the company
As project manager site follow-up, you are the link between the site and the design team. You ensure smooth and clear communication between the various parties. You follow everything up from A to Z and make adjustments where necessary.
Every week you follow the site meeting, carry out site checks and make a site report. If necessary, you organise an information meeting with the residents before the start of the works. You make a presentation for this and process the input of the various parties.
Languages
Dutch is your mother tongue, knowledge of French and/or English.
