The Stordeur in Leuven
At The Stordeur in Leuven we have brought several companies together on one site, making the most of the space for both workstations and shared facilities.
Through smart design choices, we create the most sustainable square metres - through, for example, efficient use of space and energy-saving measures.
DPD Vilvoorde
At DPD Vilvoorde we adopted the use of multi-storey construction, which not only saves space but also ensures better logistical flow.
Loading and unloading is done on higher floors instead of on the ground floor, which reduces ecological impact and makes for more efficient transport.
Green Production Systems
Also in our project for Green Production Systems the emphasis is on space optimisation. The greenhouse on the roof of their farm building allows them to use space more efficiently while contributing to sustainability in agriculture.
The introduction of hydroponic culture for herb cultivation plays an important role in this, leading to less water consumption and a reduced carbon footprint.
