Besides a base in Architecture and Planning, we have expertise in the secondary disciplines of Environment, Soil, Stability, Techniques and Infrastructure, Safety and Prevention, Energy and Sustainability.
In the initial phase of each project, a picture of its sustainability impact is formed. The importance of (further) developing a resistant vision is highlighted and, where necessary, objectives are adjusted in consultation.

As a consultancy and service provider, Architeam plays an important role in raising the awareness of its clients. As early as the feasibility phase of each project, Architeam emphasises sustainability: the faster the implementation, the more efficient.
Our vision is translated into a concrete approach when realising the project, among other things by defining minimum or maximum values (insulation, emissions, discharges, heat and solar gains, natural light, etc.) or by intelligent design (economical use of space, balanced land use, etc.).
